How to Find Courses with the Course Finder
Add a partner university with its website in Destinations and click “Fetch programs”; then open a student and use the Courses tab to see matching programs ranked by fit, fees and English requirements.
The Course Finder is included on the Professional and Enterprise plans. It only searches universities in your Directory, so suggestions always match the partners you work with.
How matches are ranked
- Level — the next step after the student’s qualification (e.g. FSc → Bachelor’s, including foundation-year routes; BSc → Master’s).
- Subject — how closely the program matches the student’s target program.
- English — whether their IELTS, TOEFL or PTE score meets the minimum (borderline scores are flagged).
- Budget, country and intake — optional filters you can set per search.
Program data comes from the university’s own website. Always confirm fees and entry requirements with the university before advising a student.

Which universities can I search?
Any university in your Directory whose programs have been fetched. Once a university is fetched, its catalog is ready instantly for future searches.
How often is program data refreshed?
Data is refreshed automatically when it is older than six months, and you can refresh a university manually once a week.
