Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Relently (“the Service”), a product of LetTech. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Relently is a software-as-a-service CRM for study abroad consultancies, providing student pipeline management, document storage, deadline and task automation, a WhatsApp inbox with an AI assistant, and reporting.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Do not send spam or messages that violate WhatsApp/Meta, Twilio, or email-provider policies.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other Organizations’ data, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to store.

4. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you put into Relently. You are the controller of your students’ and applicants’ personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consents to process it. When you connect your own WhatsApp, SMS, or email accounts (BYOC), you are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions, trial & billing

• Paid plans include a free 14-day trial with no credit card required.
• Pricing is month-to-month with no long-term contract; you may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
• Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Channel costs (WhatsApp/Meta, Twilio, email) are billed to you directly by those providers under the BYOC model.
• If payment is overdue, we may suspend (“lock”) the account until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Intellectual property

Relently, its software, branding, and content are owned by LetTech and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers you choose to connect. We are not responsible for those providers’ availability, terms, or actions, and your use of them is governed by their agreements.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and tools such as the visa-readiness score are informational aids, not guarantees of any outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
