How to Connect Your WhatsApp Business Number
In WhatsApp settings, enter your Meta phone number ID, access token, app secret, and webhook verify token, set the webhook URL Relently gives you in your Meta app, then enable the connection.
Relently uses BYOC (Bring Your Own Channel) — you connect your own WhatsApp Business number via the Meta Cloud API. Your number and conversation history stay yours, and Meta bills you directly.
Connect your number
- Go to Settings → WhatsApp in the admin dashboard.
- Enter your Phone Number ID, Access Token, App Secret, and a Webhook Verify Token from your Meta (Facebook) app.
- Copy the Webhook URL that Relently displays into your Meta app’s webhook settings, and subscribe to messages.
- Toggle the connection active, and optionally enable the AI bot.
- Send a test message to your number to confirm replies flow into the inbox.
